We're a research group that focus on the process-structure relationships of semiconductor and structural materials, including diamond, metals, and polycrystalline films. Our expertise is in x-ray crystallography, light microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy to reveal information about the arrangement and interaction of atoms to form nano- to meso-structures which dictate the properties and performance of electronic and structural devices.
